DeHosni Housing Solutions was founded in 2001 under the name Young Rental Properties (YRP) when Will Young purchased a quadplex in Fresno, California to house both government-subsidized and non-subsidized tenants.
One year later his company acquired a triplex apartment building to house the diverse community near the Tower District of Fresno.
In 2005, YRP acquired two quadplexes in West Boise, Idaho which housed a combination of professionals, working class families and special needs individuals.
In 2006, the company sold the Fresno properties and purchased two new duplexes in St. Robert, Missouri to house the military community seeking off-base housing near Fort Leonard Wood.
And in 2024, YRP changed its name to DeHosni Housing Solutions which now provides mid-term housing for discerning residents and workers seeking housing for three to nine month periods in Central Arkansas.
